Willpower doesn't survive a stressful Tuesday. A two-minute plank does. Swap the scrolling reflex for one small, physical win.
Pick the apps that eat your day. They sit behind an Apple Screen Time shield until you plank. Free covers three apps; Pro covers unlimited apps and whole categories.
Prop your phone up and get on the mat. On-device pose detection checks your form, and the timer only counts while your plank is valid.
Hit your goal and your apps open up. At your Lock Time they lock again on their own, even with 2minsplank closed. Pro lets you choose that time.
No tapping "done" from the couch. The timer runs while your form holds and pauses the moment it slips, then picks up again when you fix it.
Everything is designed around one question: does this make tomorrow's plank more likely than today's scroll?

Early BirdA streak freeze covers the day life gets in the way. Free gets one a month; Pro gets three.
Apple Screen Time restores your locks at Lock Time, so closing the app doesn't get you out of tomorrow's plank. For real emergencies, Emergency Unlock opens one app until the next Lock Time, up to three times a week. You can turn it off.
Add the Home Screen widget from the widget gallery. The streak-deadline Live Activity keeps your next daily hold in sight.
No. Pose detection runs entirely on your device using Google's MediaPipe framework. Camera frames are analysed in real time to judge your plank and are never recorded, stored or transmitted.
The app also uses the internet for subscriptions, Analytics, Crashlytics and returning-user offers. None of these services receives your camera feed. See our privacy policy for details.
Yes. Blocking is enforced by Apple's Screen Time system, not by the app staying open. Once you've completed your plank, your apps unlock; at your Lock Time they lock again while the app sits closed in the background.
No. You set your daily goal in the app and can build up to two minutes over time. Sessions can also keep going past your goal before you finish.
Your streak resets, unless you spend a streak freeze, which protects it for a day. Free users get one freeze a month and Pro gets three, so a bad week doesn't erase a good month.
Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Apple: cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy.
No. 2minsplank is a fitness and focus tool, not a medical device. Form detection can be wrong, and no app knows your body. Consult a physician before starting a new exercise routine, and stop if something hurts.
No sign-up form. No ads. Just a stronger core and a quieter phone.
